An old multi floor complex was transformed into a modern architectural style hip café. The aim was to produce a young ambiance while keeping the space friendly to every type of person. To achieve this the design team used subtle materials with a splash of contrasting colours, punctures were made through out the ceiling to connect various levels of café through the use of visual angles.

This house was designed to meet the modern design language by the play of mass and void coated with the shades of earth, further maintaining the essence of minimalism.
The striking quality of this house is the settlement of volumes and proportions giving the facade a unique quality of its own. The simple use of broad, contemporary windows emphasizes a direct connection between indoors and outdoors while making sure that each space delivers a special function centric to the user.
The residence incorporates multiple suits that have a central courtyard which in turn maximizes the ventilation and lighting in the internal spaces.
