An old multi floor complex was transformed into a modern architectural style hip café. The aim was to produce a young ambiance while keeping the space friendly to every type of person. To achieve this the design team used subtle materials with a splash of contrasting colours, punctures were made through out the ceiling to connect various levels of café through the use of visual angles.

Simplicity in form and function, uncomplicated cladding & wall finishes, open and light-filled spaces, simple detailing devoid of decoration, strategic use of materials for visual interest, texture, and personality are a few among the many characteristics of this residential project designed following the client’s wishes. The assymetry created intentionally adds to the visual aesthetic of the house meanwhile also following principles of modern architecture. Such design details draw attention to the shape, color, and texture of the exterior facade.
